A passport photo, postcard photo and signature are different uploads. Select a starting setting, then edit the maximum KB and pixel dimensions for the specific form.

Keep the whole signature visible. Use Fit for documents and signatures so the edges are not cropped away. If a portal requests a PDF, this image-only tool will not create one.

Are my images uploaded?+

No. Image processing happens on your device using your browser. Closing the tab releases the working image. Downloads remain wherever your browser saves them.

Will this meet every upload requirement?+

It can adjust pixels, format and file size. A portal can also check background, face position, document validity, minimum size or require live capture. Read those requirements separately.

Why did the image get smaller in pixels?+

A very small KB limit may need smaller dimensions after quality compression. Enter exact dimensions to keep them fixed; if the size limit is impossible, you will see an error instead of a misleading success.
