Use a signature on plain white paper. Automatic bounds are only a suggestion: shadows, ruled lines and specks may be detected as ink. Review every edge and adjust the sliders before saving.
Cropping removes the surrounding paper without repainting the signature. Compression can soften thin strokes, so inspect the downloaded copy at full size.

Will this meet every upload requirement?+
It can adjust pixels, format and file size. A portal can also check background, face position, document validity, minimum size or require live capture. Read those requirements separately.
Why did the image get smaller in pixels?+
A very small KB limit may need smaller dimensions after quality compression. Enter exact dimensions to keep them fixed; if the size limit is impossible, you will see an error instead of a misleading success.
